Michelle: My name is Michelle Hunt. I have been decorating cakes as a hobby for the last few years. All of my cakes are homemade. I make several different flavors of cake and have several delicious fillings. I recently began working with fondant and absolutely LOVE it. I make my own fondant from scratch using marshmellows as well as other ingredients.
